Reservations/Cancellations:
Reservations must be secured with a credit card or personal check.
A deposit of a one night minimum or 50% is required for reserving accommodations. The balance is due in full on arrival. Cancellations are subject to a $25 fee if the room is re-rented and non-refundable otherwise.
No refunds can be granted for early departures. We are open all year and rates may vary according to season/ holidays. We have minimum stay requirements from June through September and holidays.
